Holiday Wreath

Last month when our girls group got together we drew names for who we would be making a Christmas Gift for.  I drew my friend Tricia who is an incredible painter.  Funny thing was that she drew me as well, which I was super excited about.  I love her work.  The idea was that it was suppose to be hand made and about $20.  I found a holiday wreath I wanted to make on pinterest.  I went shopping for all the things, and spent more than I should have but hopefully I can make a second wreath someday.  Half of the stuff I used was from a potpourri box that I got from Michael and the others I had made with foam balls and yarn and red balls.  The pine cones and pointy balls I collected from the ground...Thank you earth!  Thank God for my husband who is very good at being creative.  We had to hand sew on each piece so that it was on there good enough.  When I would get frustrated and start growling he would jump in and fix the problem.  Anyways here are a few pictures of what we came up with!

The Kiss :)
This is the AMAZING painting my friend Tricia painted me for my gift.  She took it from a picture that we had taken.  Doesnt she ROCK!  Check out her site
This is my birthday gift from my friend Stephanie, that she just finished.  I absolutely love it!  Thank you Stephanie!  Check out her site where she makes baby bedding, cart covers, bibs and nursing covers :)
